A Quick Bio
Kristen Hall-Geisler is a freelance writer and book editor living in the Pacific Northwest. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, Heavy Feather, and the Pittsburgh Review of Books, among others. She recently completed her translation of the four-volume memoirs of Céleste Mogador from French. In 2025, after twenty years of working in the publishing industry, she earned her Master's in English Literature and Language from Harvard Extension School. She is currently working on a book about a medieval text, Ancrene Wisse.
